B.Sc Nursing

Course Overview
The B.Sc. Nursing is a 4-years full-time undergraduate program comprising of eight semesters designed to equip students with foundational, core, and elective nursing knowledge and skills. It follows a credit-based, semester-wise structure aligned with authority guidelines.
Objectives of the Course
Students will be able to-
- Develop sound theoretical base to practice skills.
- Demonstrate skills in different practice areas.
- Identify needs of individuals, communities and execute nursing care plans with evaluation of effectiveness of the intervention.
- Initiate independent decision-making in diverse nursing scenarios.
- Collaborate with other health team members and foster team work.

Learning Methodology
The program includes simulation-based training, skill lab practice, modular learning, clinical exposure and professional programme.
